Opportunity:
As our new Document Control Officer at RSL LifeCare, you will play the critical role in our organisation, in ensuring that we have best-in-class management and document control system and processes in place.
A key focus will be supporting the implementation and maintenance of the RSL LifeCare Policy and Procedures Framework by; managing the review of governance and organisational policies, making sure the Policy and Procedure Review Schedule is adhered to and that core documents align with the Policy Framework and are appropriately managed and stored.
You'll also:
- Provide and co-ordinate document control services for all policies and procedures
- across RSL LifeCare.- Support RSL LifeCare through the efficient co-ordination of production, storage and
- access to all policies and procedures, for all services.- matter experts, in line with legislative changes.- Support the business with education to support document control processes and systems.
We need you to have:
- Demonstrable experience in implementing and maintaining a Policy Framework in a large organisation.-
- Substantial experience coordinating and maintaining a document control system including developing process improvement initiatives.- Well-developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of project administration.
