**The Role**:
We are seeking a Part Time **Phone Sales Champion** who can excite and achieve. This role requires a motivated, vibrant personality who is able to build rapport quickly both in person and on the phone with an innate ability to actively listen and ask great, purposeful questions. This role involves:

- Outbound calling of hot leads (no cold calling), exciting, qualifying and understanding clients needs and desires;
- Consistently achieving sales/bookings KPI's;
- Greeting clients and making sure their experience is impeccable;
- Bringing a positive, can do attitude to the team, each and every day

**About You**:
In order to be successful in this role, you must have phone based sales experience in a high volume environment - if you haven't worked in this area before, this is not the role to cut your teeth in. Like any great sales gun, you'll be a reliable and driven individual who is hungry to succeed and close. Importantly, you will be a magnet for positivity in others, with excellent communication skills, strong computer and systems literacy and will ooze customer service excellence.
