**Your role**

We are looking for a Review Services Team Coordinator to join our Integrated Legal Solutions (ILS) team in either Sydney or Melbourne.

The position of Review Services Team Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Head of Review Services and the team to deliver a profitable, high quality and competitive service. Due to the nature of the ILS team, you will be tasked significant administrative activities to ensure the function runs smoothly and efficiently.

As a Team Coordinator you will be responsible for:

- End to end coordination of casual reviewers including on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring reviewer engagement complies with firm requirements, time entry and timesheet co-ordination and rationalisation and invoice review.
- Liaising with our Office of General Counsel, People & Development, Finance and Information Technology Departments for all new starters, including Christ21 coding.
- Extensive running of reports for interpretation by the Head of Review Services, Review Services Manager, the Project Managers and Team Leaders.
- Maintaining extensive processes and procedures, and detailed metrics on multiple platforms such as Confluence, Jira and SharePoint.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities, proposing solutions and implementing approved changes.
- Setting up reviewers in our internal system and liaising with matter lawyers and practice executives regarding access to confidential matters.
- Booking travel and meetings.
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity however we support a hybrid working model, where working from home, and the office, is part of our norm.

**About you**

You will have:

- Experience in a Secretarial Coordinator or Administration role, preferably within a law firm, professional services or corporate services provider.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn new systems.
- A commitment to excellence in client service, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, confidence and the ability to build rapport with busy clients, IDS team members, partners and lawyers.
- A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to organise and prioritise work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
- The ability to work well within a team environment.
- A high degree of diplomacy and discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within and across teams and offices.
