Atlas Copco Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented** Sales and Marketing Manager for our Chicago Pneumatic (CP) brand**to strengthen our brand's presence in the Power Technique market across the Oceania Region. Join us on our mission to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction while positioning CP as one of the leading players in the industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Establish and strengthen the absolute market leadership of Atlas Copco Group brands in our segments.
- Ensure sustainable and profitable growth for CP products in alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Position CP as one of the two leading players in the Oceania Region's Power Technique market.
- Implement effective marketing strategies and efficient sales processes.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
**What we expect from you**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent through professional experience.
- Demonstrated track record of success in sales within a similar environment, including distributor management and development.
- Strong organizational and self-discipline skills to ensure effective territory coverage and achievement of sales objectives.
- Proficiency in PC tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with IA tools.
- Advanced analytical abilities to assess data and drive informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail in planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Willingness to travel intensively interstate and occasionally overseas, with an estimated travel time exceeding 50%.
- Valid driver's license is required.
