**Qualifications**:
As a Care Coordinator, you will:
- Recruit, train and supervise a team of carers to ensure the delivery of exceptional care services.
- Coordinate and schedule operational activities in accordance with established care plans and organizational policies.
- Liase between clients, families, referral resources, and administrative staff to facilitate effective communication.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Educate clients and families on available services and benefits of care plans.
- Monitor and assess the quality of care provided, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Assist with inside sales enquires and contribute to business development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and safety standards.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Certificate lll in Aged Care/Individual support/Community care (or higher qualification in relevant discipline)
- Knowledge of Aged Care industry and related issues
- Proven ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Computer literacy and Analytical abilities.
- Comittment to the Aged Care industry and the wellbeing of seniors and vulnerable individuals.
- Driver's license and Comprehensive insured private vehicle.
