Known for their strong developer relationships and boutique, high-service approach, they're now looking for a confident and capable Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their close-knit team.What's in it for you?
Up to $120K base salary + super , depending on experience Uncapped commission potential for new business referrals (optional) Performance-based bonuses Supportive and down-to-earth team culture Clear career progression to Portfolio Lead or Team Manager Work with quality clients and a clean, well-managed portfolio Flexibility and autonomy in your day-to-day About the Role: Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a full portfolio management role covering all operational, financial, and tenant engagement responsibilities.
You'll be supported by a strong team while having the independence to truly own your work.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio Serve as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, contractors & bodies corporate Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, terminations, and make-good processes Conduct regular inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly Prepare and manage property budgets and outgoings Collaborate with the accounts team to deliver accurate reporting and financials Ensure compliance and deliver an exceptional service experience What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience in commercial property management Strong financial acumen and confidence managing budgets and reporting Clear, professional communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach Experience with Re-Leased software (or similar) is a plus Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required Bonus Incentive (Optional): There is also an opportunity to earn uncapped commissions by bringing in new clients or supporting business growth—ideal for someone with a strong network or BD mindset.Keen to Learn More?
