We're partnering exclusively with a highly regarded and fast-growing property management business based in Brisbane Southern Suburbs. Known for their strong developer relationships and boutique, high-service approach, they're now looking for a confident and capable Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their close-knit team.

About the Role: Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a full portfolio management role covering all operational, financial, and tenant engagement responsibilities. You'll be supported by a strong team while having the independence to truly own your work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
  • Serve as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, contractors & bodies corporate
  • Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, terminations, and make-good processes
  • Conduct regular inspections and resolve maintenance issues promptly
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and outgoings
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to deliver accurate reporting and financials
  • Ensure compliance and deliver an exceptional service experience
What You'll Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial property management
  • Strong financial acumen and confidence managing budgets and reporting
  • Clear, professional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Experience with Re-Leased software (or similar) is a plus
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
