**Opportunity**
- Along with an OT, designated to each patient, you will assess and prescribe medical mobility equipment that will be tailored to each individual child - this is bespoke equipment.
- You will work primarily with physios and OT's and related families of the child, you will be travelling every day, on the road, with a company vehicle provided around the Central Coast, Newcastle & New England areas up to Port Macquarie. Travel dictated by sales opportunities.
- Broadest portfolio of paediatric assistive devices for creating ongoing partnerships with families of disabled children.
- Develop strong territory management techniques to allow increased opportunities for territory sales growth.
- Work with children, parents and therapists to assist with correct and appropriate choices for assistive technology.
- Support marketing activities and attend conferences and workshops to educate on key differentiators and innovations.
- Create and implement business plans and growth strategies to increase awareness and sales for your territory.

**Experience and Skills**
- Tertiary qualifications preferred in science, nursing, physio, OT, science/health science, with a few years' experience within the hospital or private practice environment, or a related discipline, eg. fitness industry, with strong knowledge of anatomy & physiology.
- You MUST have a medical sales background.
- Ability to lift medical equipment, approx. up to 20 kgs.
- If you are a medical sales rep and are keen to do something extremely rewarding helping children, we are happy to speak to you, as long as you have a strong clinical aptitude with sales experience.
- Technically minded individual.
- Solutions based selling approach which can be taught if you have the clinical skills.
