THE OPPORTUNITY
ACCO Brands Australia has a current career opportunity to join our Marketing team as a
Website & Digital Specialist
in our Kings Park, Head Office location. You will be reporting into our Trade Marketing & Digital Manager.
You will support the business in being responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience through our direct sales channels. This role focuses on leveraging digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer insights to build a strong brand presence, increase customer engagement, and maximise revenue.
You would be required to do the following, but not limited to:
Optimise the performance and user experience of our D2C websites. This includes; performance enhancement, user experience (UX), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), analytics and reporting.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of web data on our D2C platforms. This includes; Data Validation, Quality Control, Reporting, Optimisation and enhancements.
Oversee the upkeep and optimisation of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
Manage and optimise the Email Salesforce - CRM. This includes; campaign development, performance analysis, content creation, A/B testing, compliance, reporting.
Manage and optimise social media presence with local agencies for our brands that include blogs, promotional material, website copy, website images, composing Twitter posts and Facebook updates.
A+ Content; Optimising images / banners / tiles for all D2C websites and ensuring all information is kept up to date.
Strong experience with website landing page copy
Owning and managing our company wide content strategy including content management, creation and coordination of all online D2C platforms
ABOUT YOU
Results oriented
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A strong attention to detail
Strong use of online and digital programs including Adobe Direct Marketing & Content management software.
Apply HTML coding to enhance product copy is preferred.
Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements, ideally Google Analytics
Experience using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI with advanced experience with MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint.
