Job Title: Content & Social Media Strategist

The company is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join their marketing team as a Content & Social Media Strategist. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual who can craft and execute strategies to elevate the brand across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual social media content plans that align with the brand values and vision.
  • Utilise consumer trends analysis and keyword research to develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and more.
  • Cultivate and manage influencer relationships to create lasting partnerships that amplify brand reach.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager to align content calendars and optimise content for social channels.
  • Coordinate with freelancers and content providers to produce high-quality content in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
  • Implement a test-and-learn approach to optimise content and creative across social channels for maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain brand tone of voice and guidelines across all content.
  • Experience in influencer relationship management and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying updated on emerging social media trends and channels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
