Job Description:

The role of the Social Media & Content Coordinator involves creating and executing social media content plans across multiple platforms. This includes managing, scheduling, publishing social media content, monitoring feedback, and responding to customer enquiries.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a can-do attitude. They should also understand all social media platforms, know their features and functions, and be able to use WordPress. Additionally, the ability to produce content in-line with the brand style and tone is essential.

The ideal candidate will be looking for their next step and an exciting and challenging workplace. They will work closely with the marketing team to help execute marketing strategies and analyze and report performance of all social channels on a monthly basis.
