**About the Team**:
We are looking for an experienced Agency Solutions Manager who will partner closely with the Agency Lead to support the largest Agencies in Australia & New Zealand to engage with our platform. This business is a critical driver within TikTok's Global Business Solutions organisation and as a member of this team, you are expected to drive consultative engagements with C-level executives that drive business growth for our clients, and will have the opportunity to grow and have impact by developing scalable solutions that shape our overall trajectory in ANZ.

Success for the Agency Solutions Manager is when their Agencies become experts in TikTok implementation and elevate their reputation with advertisers at scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively Identify, prioritise, and secure opportunities to deepen our partnership with Agencies
- Drive revenue for TikTok by delivering tailored education strategies to enhance market capability
- Use a consultative approach by offering analytical insight to support product growth with Agencies
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Partner with the Agency Lead to deliver a robust engagement framework

**Qualifications**:
**MQs**:

- Minimum 5 years of brand advertising, media agency, and/or online advertising experience
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
- Knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

**PQs**:

- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A team player and collaborator
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
