As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be working with the marketing team behind the commercial business that amplifies our mission of "Inspire Creativity and Bring Joy". You will help create the TikTok For Business brand and establish TikTok as an entertainment platform that drives impact. This role will report into, and work closely with the Head of Global Business Marketing (AUNZ).
**Responsibilities**:Partner with Head of Global Business Marketing (AUNZ) to**:
1.Develop the annual AUNZ Business Marketing strategy, ensuring clear integration with broader business revenue and product adoption objectives and goals.
2.Drive strategic bi-annual planning and resource allocation to optimise GBM GTM activity in line with fast-moving business needs.
3.Lead the organisation and development of new and/or established methodologies and best practices for GTM activity, from initial planning phases through to execution and reporting.
4.Review and evolve the organisational ways-of-working and structures to ensure delivery of short and long-term business goals, while also driving operational efficiency in a frugal and humble manner.
5.Lead the holistic operations of Global Business Marketing (AUNZ), partnering with GBM Function Leads, key cross-functional partners from Global and APAC GBM teams as well as local Corporate Strategy and Product teams. Key deliverables including but not limited to:
1.Own the holistic management of GBM OPEX, driving efficiency and high utilisation of budgets on a quarterly and annual basis.
2.Own the holistic ROI and Impact Tracking and Reporting for all GBM Initiatives.
3.Lead Quarterly OKR Setting and Reporting processes to capture and articulate Business Marketing activity and impact.
4.Problem solving strategic and operational challenges by clearly defining requirements and developing and rolling out solutions, working with cross-functional partners as needed E.G: Corporate Strategy, Finance, Procurement, Sales Teams.
5.Uphold operational excellence by leading project management processes to ensure the operational requirements of the team are being met.
6.Support GBM Lead with day-to-day management of team engagement, including but not limited to weekly team syncs, offsites and social engagements.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1.5+ years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Strategy.
2.Proven experience organising and directing multiple teams and departments.
3.Strong financial and business acumen.
4.Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, implemented in a cross-functional role collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
5.Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
6.A team player and collaborator, with strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
7.Self-starter, fast learner who is detail-oriented and has critical thinking and problem solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1.Experience working in a revenue-driving function including B2B Marketing, Corporate Strategy and/or Sales.
2.Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.
3.Understanding of international business and culture.
