Agency Solutions Manager, ANZ.
The Agency Solutions Manager is a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. You have a proven commitment and interest for advertising and believe the future of marketing is personalized, privacy safe, AI-supported and grounded in measurable business results.
The Agency Solutions Manager is a supporting role for the ANZ Agency team. The ASM will be responsible for supporting the Agency Partners within the team across a number of agencies.
The ASM is responsible for partnering with agencies to constantly increase agencies' knowledge and expertise in Meta products, use data and analytics to drive informed implementation of solutions, and to drive advertising success for the agencies and their clients.
We look for candidates who enjoy solving complex problems through technical and analytical excellence and commercial acumen, synthesizing disparate pieces of information into concrete recommendations, and managing multiple streams of work. Success in this position requires strong prioritization, analytical, collaborative and technical skills, a focus on servicing, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting 2 (potential to increase/ decrease) Agency Partners and Team Director
- Manage support issues across agencies. Identify the issue and its pathway to resolution. Where necessary create, track and prioritize tasks through to resolution.
- Ad friction: owning the process of guiding clients to the right support channels, escalating tasks and seeing through to completion
- External product consult. Gather product updates and deliver to agencies.
- Insights gathering and sharing
- Pulling and delivering agency reports
- Event support - creation, coordination and execution
- Gather and collate Meta Competitor insights
- Analysis of data
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years' experience working in media agency and/or in performance marketing
- Excellent prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
- Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients' goals, metrics, and objectives
- Demonstrated experience with problem solving and decision-making skills
- Understanding of the Australian Agency landscape
- Experience working for/ with agencies
- Ability to work autonomously, with guidance & direction
- Experience as a Facebook user and knowledge of Facebook's ad products preferred
