An exciting opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join their close knit and friendly team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Processing orders, forms, and stock adjustments
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Process and release online orders
- Expedite back orders, promptly communicate status updates to customers
- Problem solving as issues arise
- Data entry and maintenance of customer records
- Establish and maintain rapport with all customers, key stakeholders, and internal departments
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required

All levels of experience will be considered with full training and mentoring provided to ensure you take on your new role with confidence and are set up for success.
