**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced **Service Coordinator** to support our New Equipment Workshop at our Laverton branch.

Working directly with the Service Supervisor and Team Leader, this position manages the daily work order activities for our customers from commencement to completion. This role plays an integral role in ensuring they we deliver new machines to our loyal customers within the agreed timeframes.

**A typical day will include**:

- Booking and scheduling work in progress
- Providing clear, accurate and timely information for new machine build ups
- Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine details are clear
- Effectively liaise with other departments to deliver most effective solutions

**ABOUT YOU**

This challenging front line position would suit someone with a mechanical trade background looking to take the next step in their career.

**To be considered for this position you will ideally possess the following**:

- Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- The drive and passion to deliver first class customer service
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office suite
- Experience providing an empathetic approach with a calm disposition
- Must have strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Have a proactive and helpful approach to tasks
- Possess a strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures

**Desirable requirements**:

- Qualified Diesel Mechanic (or an automotive trade background)
- Familiarity with new machine builds (would be great to have)
- Operational experience within earthmoving industry
- Experience working with Cat equipment and systems
