Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the effective functioning of a high-performing team (4 direct reports) and ensure seamless financial reporting, shared services, and general ledger accounting.
Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for one of the businesses, with a focus on strategic growth and optimization.
Play a key role in various projects, emphasizing cash flow management, team structure optimization, and internal controls.
As a seasoned finance leader, you will bring extensive experience from mid-sized organizations. Experience in inventory management or multi-site environments is desirable but not essential.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to drive results-driven decision-making. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for finance and leadership, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
