Our company is seeking an experienced professional to lead the treasury operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to motivate a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and internal policies.
  • Develop and manage the treasury team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the settlement, reconciliation, and administration of all financial instruments.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management, including month-end entries.
  • Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with 3+ years of experience post CPA/CA in a financial management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
