**The Position**

In this business partnering role as **Advisor - Work Readiness**, you will work collaboratively with the National Work Health team in supporting stakeholders across multiple business streams to deliver a world class loss minimisation function. This role is responsible for providing pre-placement screening services & solutions, including sourcing & managing the services of external providers. This is an ideal opportunity for you to expand your skills within a dynamic environment where you will be supported and mentored throughout.

**This position is a full-time 12 month fixed term contract, based in Perth or Sydney.**

**Key Duties**
- Conduct pre-placement screening reviews
- Drive positive safe deployment outcomes
- Build strong working relationships with operational management
- Coach, mentor and negotiate with internal stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Ensure system and legislative compliance
- Manage relationships with external service providers
- Assist in the development and implementation of nationwide initiatives to reduce impact of injuries
- Potential to provide injury management / case management assistance

**The Person**
- Allied Health Qualification (preferably Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist)
- 2 years minimum experience in a clinical role, preferentially in workplace rehabilitation/pre-employment medicals
- Sound knowledge of workplace injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work independently and as part of a strong team
- Outcome driven
- Be highly self-motivated and proactive with a desire to make a difference
