About the role

We have an opportunity for a Recover at Work Advisor to be part of our Recover at Work Unit, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Command team. The Recover at Work Advisor co-ordinates, influences and drives recovery and/or return to work, inclusive of all injury management activities in accordance with the NSWPF Recover at Work Program. With a focus on early intervention and positive work and health outcome, a Recover at Work Advisor ensures that employees are supported to recover at work in a durable, safe, and timely manner, through the identification of suitable employment, establishing graded recover at work plans and coordinating with key stakeholders

Demonstrate your experience in coordinating rehabilitation services, please ensure you provide an example of a situation where you have achieved a positive outcome.
