Quality Assurance Managerrole atSigma Healthcare.
Reporting into our Head of Quality, Compliance and Facilities, we are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional ready to lead with impact in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
Sigma Healthcare powers pharmacy networks in Australia with trusted brands includingChemist Warehouse,Amcal,Discount Drug StoresandUltra Beauty.
We are powered by our dedicated people and a leading Australian full-line pharmacy wholesale and distribution business that delivers medicines to pharmacies across Australia.
With Chemist Warehouse expanding internationally, we continue to grow our reach.
Responsibilities
Overseeing compliance with TGA, GMP, and State Health regulations.
Leading change control and risk assessment processes.
Managing Deviation, CAPA reporting and periodic Management Review meetings.
Driving a culture of continuous improvement and training.
Managing validation of equipment, software, and processes.
Collaborating with internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure quality excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred (Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or other related field).
Experience working within a pharmaceutical QA leadership role.
Highly skilled and knowledgeable of GMP, TGA licensing, and GWP standards.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Exemplary communicator with excellent written and oral business communication skills.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
Experience using SAP and Dot Compliance eQMS environments would be advantageous.
