The Cross-River Rail project is a 10.2km rail line running from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills in Brisbane, this unique project includes 5.9 kilometres of twin tunnels which descend under the Brisbane River and Brisbane CBD. The tunnels provide an additional connection between the Northside and Southside of the city aiming to greatly increase commuter train capacities and ease road traffic congestion.

Wagners Precast division currently have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Wacol on a Full-Time Fixed Task basis. As a Quality Administrator you will be involved in the following:

- Export VMT files
- Run archer report & VMT reports
- Pull segments numbers into archer and correct ticket numbers in VMT
- Record void loads and reason for void
- Check for urgent issues with loads, review the CCTV footage to ensure concrete compliance (ie checking fibres have gone in
- Send missed moulds / manual entry data to quality team & shift engineers
- Complete checks on mix used vs mould type vs cage (ie M moulds with Z & X type)
- Assist the batchers when required / training / relief batching / correcting mix
- Review batching checklists
- Form additional checks on archers to ensure load issues have been captured
- Update loads to be reviewed for Static Plant & Carousel
- Check & record manual dosing of Poly Fibre & Steel Fibre
- Send monthly archer
- VOID loads and unused ticket numbers using correct codes in AUJS
- Recheck load reviews to identify anything missed and finalise reports and prep new months reports
- Answer calls & team chat from batchers when they need assistance
- Check test batch numbers and provide Segment numbers and assist with discrepancies and provide copies of batch ticket when needed
- Review & report on loads/segments
- Identify & Correct issues with the mix / assist the batch to mix through problem areas
- Monitor recurring issues and report on them

***To be considered you must possess the following**:

- A knowledge of concrete batching would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work to tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Commitment to safe work practices.
