About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. This role will focus on supporting our Quality Team with administrative tasks related to quality of line maintenance work.

The successful candidate will be based in our Head Office, but may also travel to our stations across Australia to conduct audits and meet operational needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-level administrator to coordinate various tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Heavy document management and control
  • Constructing safety campaigns as part of marketing our safety and assurance agenda
  • Liaising with clients and third parties on quality and safety administration
  • Uploading manuals and other key documents to our reporting software
  • Setting up new starters on our Quality & Safety database and selecting induction courses required of them
  • Arranging printing/files and copies of documents required for our team when travelling
  • Updating records with Audit, ASIR, Investigation, and Inspection records
  • Formatting documents where required
  • Providing general assistance to a busy environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the aviation/rail sector in a similar role
  • Advanced MS package skills
  • High level of experience in document control/management
  • Experience dealing with important clients and stakeholders both verbally and in writing

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Safety
  • Policy writing experience
