Senior Finance Leader
This is a critical leadership role that requires a finance executive with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
Partner closely with senior leaders to shape business conversations, challenge assumptions, and guide investment decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to financial goals.
Provide strategic guidance and support to the CFO and other stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
Work closely with the finance team to develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a large, complex organisation.
Commercially astute and analytically sharp finance executive with relevant qualifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
