Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished professional to serve as a valued independent non-executive director.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and financial acumen, credibility, and relevant qualifications. They should have senior finance and technology experience, with exposure to a diverse and complex business, ideally in a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications

High-level leadership, communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills are essential. A Governance Professional (GAICD) status is desirable, and board experience is required.
