As a Relationship Manager - Real Estate, you'll work with institutional, corporate, and private real estate clients, helping them navigate funding and capital management needs.

You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting clients across retail, residential, office, and industrial asset classes. Your role will focus on developing customer partnerships, managing risk, and driving business growth. Collaborating with experts across Credit, Legal, Debt Markets, and Compliance, you'll deliver tailored financial solutions that create lasting impact.

**What do I need?**
- **Proven relationship management skills**- Ability to develop and strengthen strong client partnerships, fostering trust, confidence and long-term engagement.
- **Credit risk and portfolio management expertise**- Experience assessing risk, ensuring portfolio quality, and aligning strategies with business objectives.
- **Business origination capabilities**- Skilled in identifying and progressing new opportunities across existing and prospective clients to drive growth.
- **Collaborative approach**- Works effectively with cross-functional teams to execute transactions and deliver sustainable financial solutions.
- **Strong market awareness**- Keeps up with industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities to provide valuable insights.
