**About our Opportunity**

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Sales Representative servicing either Melbourne Metropolitan, South Eastern Suburbs or South Gippsland. The role will see you predominantly on the road, as you engage with current and prospective customers, canvasing and closing new business opportunities.

Confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport, you will be at ease in your consultative selling approach to develop and maintain customer relationships by offering hands on support with site visits, and measurements right through to supporting the internal sales team with maintenance, warranty and sales related issues.

In addition, you'll:

- diligently plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets.
- preparation of monthly sales forecasts
- develop product and industry knowledge

**About You**

We're looking for a self-motivated proactive sales professional with a strong service ethos who thrives in taking the lead in managing their work schedule, autonomy in a role is your preference. Previous sales experience and managing customer relationships within the building industry is our preference along with technical aptitude to understand the product. Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships, your capability to work through and problem solve, and your negotiation skills are key to this role. You will diligently plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets.
