This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic leader with the skills to facilitate change, develop initiatives, and delegate effectively within these vibrant and high-performing teams.About the RoleDual-site role between the Berwick Skin Cancer Centre and Officer Skin Cancer CentreSupported by a dedicated Area ManagerFantastic work culture with support from experienced industry leadersClinics operate Monday to Friday between 9:00am - 6:00pmKey ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the team to ensure smooth clinic operationsDrive productivity and efficiency within the clinicsDeliver exceptional patient service and foster a strong patient-care ethosOnboard, train and support new team members and doctorsProvide reception support as neededParticipate in marketing initiatives to grow the businessAccount and budget managementImplement process improvements and change management initiativesEngage, motivate, and manage team members to achieve business goalsYour Background and QualificationsExperience as a Practice Manager or similar role within the healthcare industryExcellent communication and administrative skills with high attention to detailExperience using practice management software, such as Best Practice, will be highly regardedStrong customer service skills and understanding of patient careAbility to manage expenses within budget and focus on achieving KPIsProven people management skills with the ability to drive a positive team cultureExperience in onboarding, training and rostering team members and the onboarding of new doctorsMindset for business development, innovation, and growthAuthorised to work in AustraliaIf this sounds like you, please apply today
