About the RoleWe're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Manager to take the lead in managing daily operations and supporting a high-performing clinical team. You'll be the backbone of the practice, ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional patient care, and a supportive team culture.
With the guidance of our Area Practice Manager, you'll lead a passionate team in delivering outstanding dental care in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You'll DoDeliver exceptional front-desk and patient service, setting the tone for a professional and welcoming experience.
Lead, coach, and inspire the team to ensure a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Partner closely with dentists and clinical staff to improve workflows and elevate the patient journey.
Monitor KPIs and team performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
Work alongside the Area Manager to implement growth strategies and drive business success.
What You'll BringPrevious experience in a Practice Manager or similar leadership role (dental or healthcare experience highly regarded).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
