**YMCA Marketing Team**is recruiting a passionate **Marketing Coordinator**on a** Permanent Full-Time** position to join our team based in** Fortitude Valley**

**About the role**

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing Team at Y Queensland. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Executive Lead, Marketing, Engagement & Partnerships, the Marketing Coordinator will support a variety of key operational and creative projects, ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency to maintain the brand's presence and engage key audiences.

**What will my time look like?**

Regularly update and verify accuracy in marketing databases to ensure up-to-date informatio
- n Manage data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies or incomplete record
- s Monitor and manage the inbox to promptly respond to inquiries or escalate issues to relevant team member
- s Coordinate with team members to schedule and optimise content delivery timeline
- s Assist in drafting and disseminating internal newsletters, memos, and announcement
