Opportunities
We are seeking a talented Business Support Specialist to support Boeing Defence Australia's Business Operations Team. The role is based in Brisbane.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration support for multiple divisional directors
- supports HR processes for international local hire employees
- provides assistance to international assignees with routine issues (i.e. relocation services) or concerns
- Coordinates facilities operations and administration
- Performs routine recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data
- Participates in documenting business processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while demonstrating understanding of policies and compliance standards.

Experience/Qualifications
- Previous business support experience essential.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
