Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the Business Support Specialist role. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Prepare and submit HR, finance, travel, and facilities forms using various systems.
- Support the TIQ Regional Network by providing assistance as required.
- Coordinate events logistics, including venue hire, equipment, and catering.
- Coordinate and process domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain CRM data quality to ensure currency and accuracy.
- Maintain local registers for leave, gifts, and benefits for audit and reporting purposes.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate correspondence tasks and other documents.
- Identify and implement business improvement initiatives and innovative processes.
- Contribute to team projects by providing support and assistance.
- Maintain an effective office records management system for documents and computerized data.
- Establish and maintain document and records management practices in accordance with current policies.
- Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Ability to provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using various systems and software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures.
