We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Lending Services team in Brisbane. As a Lending Service Operations Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers throughout their lending journey—actioning requests, maintaining accounts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is part of a collaborative and customer-focused team that values operational excellence, continuous improvement, and doing the right thing. As you grow in the role, you'll have opportunities to build your skills, take on more complex tasks, and contribute to initiatives that improve how we work across the end-to-end lending process.
