Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in financial services or a related industry.
  • Strong capability in workforce planning, resource management, and performance uplift.
  • Comprehensive understanding of home lending and settlements, including cross-state settlement requirements.
  • Proficiency in home settlement platforms such as PEXA.
  • Diploma in leadership or a financial service-related field.
