We searching for an Engineering Manager, to join a fun and social UX Design/Tech Agency of 35+, the role will be a combination of being a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, Pre-sales, Client Management and Engineering Manager with a small amount of code if needed.

You will be managing a team of 10+ (Onshore) Developers, including two Leads, to fully customise Shopify websites for leading Australian brands and retailers.

The role won't be overly hands on, it will be more Architecture focussed and helping to unblock the Engineers when they get stuck, pre-sales and Solution Architecture with clients.

**Essential**:

- Frontend skills in JS, HTML and CSS
- For the lead role, have led and managed over 4 people in a team.
- Typescript skills
- Node JS, PHP or Ruby on Rails skills

**Desirable**:

- Shopify / Magento skills or both.
