OverviewSocial Media Advisor role at GHD.
This position supports the Brand and Communications team by driving the growth of GHD's social media presence across the APAC region and ensuring alignment with the company's business strategy and marketing priorities.
You will provide guidance, resources, and content to enhance the GHD employer brand, working closely with the broader business to extend reach and engagement through social media.
This role can be based in any Australian, New Zealand or APAC GHD office location and may be offered as permanent part-time, preferably four days per week.ResponsibilitiesOversee the development of a social media strategy and plan for the APAC region which aligns with the company's strategic direction and marketing prioritiesManage social media content to achieve a balance of content across strategic initiatives, markets, brands, people, project stories, corporate information and regional informationMaintain the APAC social media calendar and process for requesting social media postsDevelop reports and data-driven insights to advise Marketing & Communications Leads on social media best practiceCollaborate with Digital Marketing, Content Specialists, Sector Marketing Leads and relevant functions to deliver creative, differentiating and engaging social media campaignsDrive engagement internally to promote employee advocacy using social media, including guides, toolkits, success stories and other resources to demonstrate and reinforce valueCollaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure a consistent enterprise approachSupport the Global Alumni Program Lead as required to leverage and promote the program in APACQualificationsExperience and demonstrated success in developing and delivering engaging social media content and campaignsComprehensive knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms and associated metricsExposure to workflow management tools such as Monday.com or similarFamiliarity with software to generate images for social media, such as Canva or similarProven ability to develop and deliver social media strategies and plans to achieve specific business outcomesSolid writing skillsAbility to influence, guide and lead multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with the Microsoft Office suite and emerging AI tools such as CoPilotStrong business acumenGHD is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people of all identities.
