We stand by our values of integrity, safety, quality, innovation and teamwork.With a strong pipeline and portfolio of many high profile and challenging projects, our work spans many different sectors including commercial, industrial, data centres & complex environments, health, aged care, education and universities.Hindmarsh offers a supportive team environment where you will enjoy a great range of perks and benefits including:Exclusive staff discounts at over 400+ retailersDiscounts on Hindmarsh DevelopmentsA gift on your birthday every yearTraining & mentoring opportunitiesAccess to flexible working arrangementsEmployee wellbeing programsThe opportunityAs the National Bid Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for leading the bid team to support the preparation of winning proposals and tenders for new projects.Lead and monitor the strategy for all tender documentation, design and deliveryDesign and implement processes, guides and resources to support best practice bid production across the businessManage, develop and coordinate the bid teamEvaluate tender requirements and coordinate tender responses and other client prospect pitch materialsDevelop and drive tender timelines, coordinate internal stakeholders, facilitate tender team meetingsDevelop bid and tender processes and resources including templates, standard content; including research and write non-technical or standard content; produce graphics, charts and tablesSupport and train Hindmarsh team members in the bid and tender processes and templatesTo be considered, you will possess the following skills and experience:Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field eg Business, Communications, MarketingExperience preparing bids & tenders in the Construction industryAdvanced skills in Microsoft Word, InDesign, Adobe Creative
