Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the Bid Team, ensuring consistency of bidding practices across the organization.
  • Oversight of the entire bid process, from opportunity identification to winning proposals.
  • Ensure high-quality bid responses, reviewing and formatting tender documents for accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to develop and execute bid strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Research clients and competitors to enhance the competitiveness of bids.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of bidding metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance and update of all bid-related collateral, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaboration with Operations and Marketing teams to enhance proposals and explore new business opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring of bid team members on best practices and strategic approaches to bidding.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid writing and tender submissions.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Canva for bid document preparation.
  • Excellent writing, formatting, and proofreading skills to ensure high-quality proposals.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of bidding metrics and compliance with industry regulations.
