Program Manager Revenue Cycle Management

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Program Manager** to lead and coordinate complex transformation initiatives across our RCM function. This is not a traditional program management role - it requires a unique blend of strategic orchestration and hands-on delivery to ensure measurable improvements in financial performance, operations, compliance and patient experience.

**What you'll be doing**
- Establish and oversee program governance frameworks, reporting cadence and benefit tracking.
- Provide direct delivery support to SME stream leads and project teams to accelerate progress.
- Manage interdependencies across RCM initiatives, ensuring integration and alignment.
- Engage, influence and partner with senior executives, hospital/state sponsors and transformation teams.
- Lead and guide cross-functional program teams, fostering collaboration and capability development.
- Drive benefit realisation, tracking financial and non-financial outcomes.
- Monitor performance using KPIs, providing clear executive reporting on progress, risks and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and healthcare regulations.
- Oversee program resources and budget, ensuring effective allocation to delivery priorities.
- Support change management and adoption of outcomes into BAU hospital and centralised operations.

**About You**

You're an experienced program manager with a solid understanding of revenue cycle operations and the confidence to work across both strategy and delivery. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, clear communication and the ability to drive measurable outcomes in complex environments.

**You will bring**:

- 3+ years' experience in healthcare program management or similar roles.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (administration, coding, billing, collections).
- Proven ability to balance governance with hands-on delivery support.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including benefit measurement.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and presentations.
- Leadership and organisational capability, with a track record of delivering outcomes.
- Proficiency in program/project management tools.

Desirable:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Health Administration, Program/Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in digital transformation or process improvement.
- Formal program/project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, change management, or benefit realisation.
