Hybrid Work Arrangements, office in Melbourne CBD Permanent Role Opportunity to be a part of a huge transformation programRole Type: PermanentLocation: Melbourne CBD with 2-3days in Office Domain Architect We are looking for a skilled Digital Architect with domain experience across CX portals, mobile apps, web platforms, and sales portals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the domain architecture for CX portals, mobile apps, web platforms, and sales portals within the transformation program.Develop domain blueprints and roadmaps to guide solution and platform decisions across teams.Establish governance for design assurance, standards compliance, and technical risk management within the domain.Shape decisions on core platforms, integration patterns, and data architecture to ensure sustainability and scalability.Partner with program and business stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions are understood and aligned with program outcomes.Engage vendors and partners, ensuring their solutions integrate seamlessly with the domain architecture and program timelines.The Ideal CandidateExtensive experience as a Domain Architect within major transformation programs with demonstrated commercial experience architecting customer-facing digital platforms, including CX portals, mobile apps, web platforms, and sales portals.Proven experience designing microservices-based architectures, preferably on AWS.Expertise in integration design: API gateways, event-driven patterns (Kafka), and native integration approaches.
