Domain Architect
We are looking for a skilled
Digital Architect**
with domain experience across CX portals, mobile apps, web platforms, and sales portals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the domain architecture for customer, billing, and corporate systems within the transformation program.
  • Develop domain blueprints and roadmaps to guide solution and platform decisions across teams.
  • Establish governance for design assurance, standards compliance, and technical risk management within the domain.
  • Shape decisions on core platforms, integration patterns, and data architecture to ensure sustainability and scalability.
  • Partner with program and business stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions are understood and aligned with program outcomes.
  • Engage vendors and partners, ensuring their solutions integrate seamlessly with the domain architecture and program timelines.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Extensive experience as a Domain Architect within major transformation programs with demonstrated commercial experience architecting customer-facing digital platforms, including CX portals, mobile apps, web platforms, and sales portals.
  • Proven experience designing microservices-based architectures, preferably on AWS.
  • Expertise in integration design: API gateways, event-driven patterns (Kafka), and native integration approaches.
