You will work closely with our strategic partners shaping initiatives during our ideation phase and aligning them strategy and then performing a governance and adviser role across the full lifecycle.

This is a senior role with visibility across executive leadership, delivery partners, and regulatory bodies.

Why this role is exciting

  • Make a Mark on OT: We're on a mission to improve and modernise our OT landscape, and we want your expertise to help drive that evolution.
  • Be a Change Agent: This is a role for someone who's not afraid to challenge the status quo. We're looking for someone who's proactive, bold, and ready to make things happen while being comfortable working with ambiguity to help provide clear vision for less technical stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to cyber security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Champion architectural standards, policies, and best practices across domains.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital architecture.
  • Influence strategic decisions on new systems, IT services, and cyber programs.
  • Provide domain expertise to ensure architectural consistency across digital projects.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in enterprise or domain architecture within energy, utilities, or complex technical environments.
  • Strong OT and infrastructure background; cloud skills are highly valued.
  • If you bring all three—OT, infrastructure, and cloud—you're a unicorn, and we want to talk but be prepared to back this up with clear examples of capability.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability.
  • Deep understanding of IT systems, cyber security, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Passion for innovation and sustainable digital transformation.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and sustainable digital transformation.
