They will serve as the face of our company and its media solutions, providing client training and support, assisting with contract negotiations, and conducting data quality checks.This position is a fixed-term maternity cover, lasting 12-13 months.ResponsibilitiesAct as a valued partner to our clientsBecome an expert in the marketEnsure effective onboarding and training for new clientsEducate clients on relevant features and functionalitiesLiaise directly with the industry on survey-related collateralPerform final quality checks for the GfK Radio Ratings seal of qualityDevelop fact-based answers to complex business questionsHelp improve renewal rates by demonstrating business valueQualificationsIdeally 1-2 years of experience in media/radio industryExcellent language skillsStrong presentation and communication skills with a client-centric approachProactive engagement with multidisciplinary teamsAbility to analyze and address real-world business problemsResults-driven with attention to detailEager to learn, open-minded, team-oriented, entrepreneurial attitudeProficiency in Salesforce and MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPointAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, providing comprehensive insights into consumer buying behavior and growth opportunities.
