One of Australia's Largest Domestic Gold producers are seeking a Mine Surveyor Open Pit in WA Greater Eastern Gold Fields Kalgoorlie.

**_Residential: Kalgoorlie/Boulder_**

**Key Duties**:

- Surface Survey Control Network installation and maintenance.
- Drill and Blast surveys.
- Ensuring Open Pit and Waste Dump is mined to design with the use of crest pegs, toe pegs, ramp pegs and tbm's.
- Ore mark-ups.
- Geological/Geotechnical structure surveys.
- EOM volumes.
- Stockpile surveys and volumes.
- Prism monitoring
- Infrastructure surveys near mine.
- Water level surveys.
- Exploration/grade control surveys
- Any other duties as required.

**The ideal applicant will have**:

- Minimum 2 years survey experience within metalliferous open cut mining
- Tertiary qualified Mine Surveyor, working towards an Authorised Mine Surveyor Certificate
- Experience within metalliferous underground mining would also be highly regarded
- Current unrestricted WA C class licence
- Proficiency in Surpac mining software, will be highly regarded
- Proficiency in the use Trimble survey equipment, will be highly regarded.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software preferable
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, with a high regard for personal and team safety
- Ability to continually review current practices and suggest improvements
- Good communication and team work skills essential
