We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to support the expansion and enhancement of Dynamics 365 Marketing capabilities.
In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate and optimise modules across Real-time journeys and Event planning, delivering innovative, data-driven marketing and customer engagement solutions.
ResponsibilitiesLead configuration and optimisation of Real-time journeys and Event planning modulesProvide advice on security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settingsCollaborate with marketing and development teams to enhance campaign effectivenessSupport Power Pages event portal configuration and marketing form development Desired Skills and ExperienceProven experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and DataStrong understanding of marketing tactics and automation solutionsExperience with Real-time journeys and Event planning modulesFamiliarity with Australian privacy laws and government IT processes How to Apply:To register interest in this role, simply contact Daniel on ************ or send your CV by following the link below.
