MS Dynamics Functional Consultant Role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the CRM business functions and be able to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, peers, and management.

  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and implementations
  • Analyze complex business problems and define solutions within the CRM system
  • Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications
  • Prioritize business requirements and recommend changes to multiple business processes

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A thorough understanding of the CRM business functions
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully complete multiple implementations and/or platform upgrades
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
