This role will work alongside one of our experienced service technicians and will require regular travel to customers to support flow service requirements.Your main tasks and responsibilities:Assisting service and repair, installation and maintenance of pumps, mixers and other associated equipment for all Sulzer customers within Australia and New Zealand.Attends designated work sites to help carry out maintenance and inspection of equipment at waste water pump stations, treatment works, clean water distribution networks and desalination plants etcAssists with collection and delivery of all repaired pumps and pumping equipment to and from the Customers site to the local Service CentresWorks in conjunction with the sales team to help maximize pump salesAttending all theory sections of the apprenticeship and complete E-Profiling.General house-keeping duties.Travel to Sulzer's Service Centre in Laverton as require to complete any practical training as required.Report to Mentors.To succeed in this role, you will need:Work experience or expressed interest in mechanical rotating equipment, particularly pumpsValid drivers licenseHigh level of communication skills.Good level of time management.Completion of Secondary School - Year 10/11/12.What we offer you:Opprtunity to work for a 190+ year old global company.Long term career opportunities with the opportunity to develop further beyond your apprenticeshipOn-site parking.Above award wages.No visa or work permit support can be provided for this roleDo you have a question about the role?
