Job Title: Pump Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Pump Maintenance Technician to join our team in Australia.

The ideal candidate will work alongside experienced technicians and be responsible for the maintenance and repair of pumps, mixers, and associated equipment for various customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of pumps and associated equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform regular inspections of equipment at waste water pump stations, treatment works, clean water distribution networks, and desalination plants.
  • Collect and deliver repaired pumps and equipment to and from customer sites.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote pump sales.
  • Attend theory sections of the apprenticeship and complete E-Profiling.
  • Conduct general housekeeping duties.
  • Travel to designated training centers as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience or interest in mechanical rotating equipment, particularly pumps.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Completion of secondary school - Year 10/11/12.
