**Improvement Lead - 3 positions**
- ** 2 Full Time permanent roles**:
- **1 Part Time Fixed Term role (0.8 EFT, 15-months)***
- **Lead and facilitate improvement projects at the RMH**:
- ** Build staff and consumer capability in improvement science**:
- **HS4 (Above Award) negotiable.**
- Join the Quality and Improvement team at RMH. We collaborate with services to lead, facilitate and coach continuous, system wide improvements focusing on Safe, Timely, Effective, Person-Centred Care outcomes.**Your new role**
- Work with project leads and teams to deliver improvements using improvement science and project management methodology
- Build quality improvement skills amongst staff via coaching of projects and the delivery of improvement science training
- Support teams to create, scale and embed health system improvements with a focus on the delivery of Safe, Timely, Effective Person-Centred Care
**About you**
- You have tertiary qualifications, preferably in health, science or relevant discipline
- You have experience working within the healthcare or similar environment
- You bring in-depth knowledge and experience in change management and consumer engagement strategies both in a project leadership and coaching capacity
- You enjoy working with teams and effectively communicate, consult with and influence key stakeholders to deliver project goals and achieve sustainable outcomes
- You have excellent communication skills including well
- developed presentation and writing skills and ability to prepare presentations, reports and submissions
