Asset Strategy Coordinator

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the district's asset management strategy through coordination and implementation of the central asset management database. Key responsibilities include coordinating and implementing the central asset management database, developing policies and procedures for the management of assets, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and implement the central asset management database
- Develop policies and procedures for the management of assets
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Asset Management Team
- Tertiary qualifications in data systems and management or a related field
- Experience in administration and management of Asset and Facilities Management Online or another asset database
- Understanding of asset management and its importance to an organization
- A strategic approach to change management and stakeholder engagement
- Flexible work arrangements with two days per week working from home
- Located at Royal North Shore Hospital
